Develop and implement K-12 school curriculum and innovative activities to be conducted in physical education programs while offering programmatic curriculum clarifications at all grade levels. Provide assistance with school site curriculum bulletins, and continuously revise the Competency-Based Curriculum to be in alignment with the state and national standards.
H.M.S. Crew (Hands-on Math and Science)
Forty Five comprehensive lesson plans based around math and science concepts encountered while sailing and participating in water-related activities. FCAT materials and practice examples are infused into this resource manual.
Learn to Swim
Provides swimming, drown proofing, and swimming survival skills to approximately 10,000 students per year. As supplemental instruction, all students in grades K-5 are provided with lessons from the W.H.A.L.E. Tales (Water Habits Are Learned Early) on an annual basis.

A comprehensive resource manual developed to assist teachers in incorporating a high technological based fitness program in secondary schools. Utilizing heart rate monitors, fitness equipment, FITNESSGRAM testing procedures, and traverse climbing wall activities are examples of lessons presented. FCAT practice materials are included.
